As the pace of life has picked up, we’ve recognized the importance of a weekly huddle! On today’s planning list: 

1. Missions fundraising
2. Grad party details
3. Home projects to prepare for selling
4. Travel plans for our missionary commissioning
5. Wedding prep, bridal shower, dress shopping

Whew! No wonder our heads are spinning! 🙂

Saturday mornings have been a great time to discuss our plans for the days, weeks, and months ahead. More importantly though, they have provided us an opportunity to reconnect as a married couple. We could plan these things through short conversations, texts, and calendar updates. But when life gets crazy and there is so much to do, it’s too easy for us to lose the closeness we should share. 

Seriously, date your spouse, people! It’s a game-changer! 🙂
